On the 9th of September 2022, BNI Executive was at MPG´s facilities.
A Networking session was promoted between the various member companies of BNI Executive at MPG´s facilities, where each one briefly introduced itself and shared information and ideas of common interest.
This session was preceded by a workshop on basic life support, with a practical component, which was attended by approximately 40 people. The First Aid trainer, Marinela Veloso, demonstrated how to act in case of an emergency.
BNI, Business Network International, considered the largest professional business and referral organisation in the world, was founded in the United States in 1985 by Ivan Misner, one of the world’s greatest experts in Networking and word-of-mouth marketing, according to The New York Times. The mission of BNI is to “help BNI Members increase their business through a structured, positive and professional referral marketing program that enables them to develop long-term, meaningful relationships with quality business professionals.”.
It is present in over 73 countries and has over 285 thousand businessmen and liberal professionals, where the basic principle of the organisation is based on building relationships of trust in a structured and professional environment, promoting the creation of business amongst all its members. In Portugal there are 95 groups, 26 in Lisbon alone, generating approximately 104 million euros in business.
